Here's how we break down our detailed, easy-to-understand reports:

Report Part 1: Verbal Summary

Immediately following the inspection, you'll receive a verbal summary of all the key findings. The inspector will walk you through the major repair and safety concerns, providing photos to help you visualize the issues.

 

If you're unable to be present, we’ll gladly offer a phone summary, ensuring you're still informed. We’ll go over problematic areas, potential concerns, and focus on safety issues or costly repairs that may impact your decision.

 

Your inspector is also available to answer any questions and clarify anything you need.

Report Part 2: Written Report

​

Within 24 hours (or 48 hours for more extensive inspections), you'll receive a customized written report.

 

This will detail the safety concerns, major repairs, and any other potential issues found during the inspection, with clear descriptions and accompanying photos. Every report is specific to the home—it’s not a generic checklist.

 

This ensures you're receiving a tailored analysis that will help you with important decisions, like negotiating the price, scheduling repairs, and planning future maintenance. A well-informed homeowner is an empowered homeowner.
